今回のシャショク登壇者は「愛知県のお土産をつくりたい」そんな想いから設立された洋菓子製造、販売を担う井桁堂株式会社の代表取締役社長、服部様でした。 初めに会社概要を紹介した後、業界での競争的優位性について説明していただきました。
井桁堂は常に顧客のニーズに応えるため日々業務に取り組んでいる印象を受けました。また、「社員一人一人が会社全体のことを知り問題意識を持って仕事に臨むことが必要である」との社長の言葉から個々の社員研修にも力をいれている会社であると思いました。 井桁堂はこれから先、世界中のお客様に満足を届けられる会社だと私は思いました。
Local sweets, which is strongly embedded in Japanese culture, has a special taste associated with local people and their life style. Aichi’s confectionary brand is prodly represented by "Igetadou”. Mr. Tsuyoshi Hattori, President of “Igetadou”, is today's guest speaker. The President personally introduced the company’s summary and explained some of its the competitive advantages. Company always innovating along with customer needs and current trends, which make company the leader in their industry. In addition, in order to overcome future challenges, company values its employees and workers. Rather than simply training workers, company prioritizes individual development. Fore instance, as Mr. Tsuyoshi Hattori said: “Each person in the enterprise should approach the challenge with knowledge and consciousness about whole company”. In the future, the company will continue develop Aichi sweets to meet customers' tastes in Japan and in the world.
